The LOK-SCL is a part of the Coalition for Affordable and Quality Health Care that was established at the beginning of February. Apart from the LOK-SCL, the coalition comprises other health care workers' unions, patients' organisations and other groups. The LOK-SCL wants to stage its protests in cooperation with the coalition. They want to stage mass protests, Engel said.
